Raiffeisen Solid is a feeder fund: it invests at least 85% of its assets in the master fund "Raiffeisen-Nachhaltigkeit-Solide", an Austrian fund managed by Raiffeisen Capital Management (Vienna). The remaining part, up to 15%, is held in short-term deposits, reverse REPO transactions and cash equivalents for liquidity.

The master fund is a sustainable mixed fund: it invests in issuers selected according to ESG criteria, with equities accounting for up to 30% of the portfolio, at least 51% directly in securities, and may invest over 35% in government debt of countries such as Austria, Germany, Belgium, Finland, France and the Netherlands. The manager may use derivative instruments to mitigate risk.

Raiffeisen Solid is the only open-ended sustainable (ESG) investment fund from Raiffeisen Invest sh.a., regulated by the AMF. It is a feeder fund in Euro that invests through an Austrian master fund according to ESG criteria.

A sustainable fund invests only in issuers that meet environmental (E), social (S) and governance (G) criteria, avoiding harmful activities and favouring responsible companies.

The fund excludes weapons production, plant genetic engineering, companies that violate labour or human rights, and other harmful activities, while favouring issuers with strong sustainability practices.

A feeder fund invests at least 85% of its assets in another fund, called the master fund. Raiffeisen Solid invests in the Austrian master fund managed by Raiffeisen Capital Management.

Both are Euro funds with equity exposure. Solid is a sustainable (ESG) fund with a feeder structure and SRRI 3; Miks is a classic mixed fund with SRRI 4 and higher return potential.

SRRI = 3/7, moderate risk. The level is calculated based on the master fund’s five-year historical returns; however, the value of the units can rise or fall.

The entry fee is 0%. The exit fee is 1% if units are sold before 2 years; after 2 years, no exit fee applies.
