Please, if you have a complaint, you can file it at any branch of Raiffeisen Bank sh.a, directly at the physical address of the management company, Rr.Abdyl Frashëri, EGT Tower, Pall.11/1, Kati 3, Tirana, Albania or via e-mail at invest@raiffeisen.al.

Our team will carefully review each of your complaints and will respond to you within 15 days of receipt. You have the right to appeal to the Financial Supervisory Authority if you disagree with the management company's handling of your complaint.
