Specifically, the data transfer will be made to the processor Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo j.s.c., which will process your personal data on behalf of Raiffeisen Invest sh.a. only upon its request and in compliance with the same security standards we implement.

Furthermore, we inform you that your personal data will also be processed by Reisswolf Albania Sh.p.k., a contracted entity by Raiffeisen Invest to provide physical document archiving services during our operations. We confirm that all necessary measures have been taken to ensure that Reisswolf Albania Sh.p.k. strictly complies with the legal obligations stipulated in Albanian legislation regarding the protection of confidential information and personal data.
