Notice Regarding the Signing of the Revised Standard Membership Contract for the Pension Fund

Dear Members of the Raiffeisen Private Pension Fund,

We kindly inform you to visit any Raiffeisen Bank branch to sign the revised standard membership contracts, prepared in accordance with Law No. 76/2023 “On Private Pension Funds” and its implementing regulations.

Please note that after September 5, 2025, all members who have not signed the revised contract will be automatically enrolled as members of the Raiffeisen Open-Ended Private Pension Fund, in compliance with the applicable legal framework
