Notice of Updates to the Raiffeisen Solid Fund Prospectus

Dear Investor,

Raiffeisen Invest Management Company would like to inform you that, in line with recent regulatory developments in the European Union concerning UCITS funds, Raiffeisen–Nachhaltigkeit–Solide, the Master Fund of the Raiffeisen Solid Feeder Fund, has updated its fund rules and prospectus.

The updates introduce additional Liquidity Management Tools (LMTs), designed to safeguard investors’ interests and ensure effective liquidity management.

In particular, two liquidity management tools have been introduced:

• Temporary restrictions on the redemption of fund units;
• Extension of the redemption settlement period.

These tools may only be applied under the circumstances specified in the prospectus, taking into account market conditions and expected cash flows, with the aim of protecting investors’ interests. The update to the prospectus does not mean that these measures have been activated.

As the Raiffeisen Solid Feeder Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in units of the Master Fund, its prospectus must reflect the corresponding changes introduced by the Master Fund. Consequently, the application of these liquidity management tools may also affect the Feeder Fund, in line with any measures implemented by the Master Fund.

These changes do not affect the Fund’s investment strategy or risk profile.

The updated Fund prospectus, approved by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority, will be available at all Raiffeisen Bank branches and on the company’s official website, www.raiffeisen-invest.al.

In the interest of transparency and in accordance with regulatory requirements, we would also like to inform you that, in connection with these changes and pursuant to the applicable legal provisions, investors may redeem their fund units without incurring an exit fee for a period of 60 business days from the date of this notice.
