Announcement Regarding the Temporary Waiver of Exit Fee for Investment Funds
Dear Investors,
Raiffeisen Invest sh.a has launched a promotional campaign running from August 3 to November 3, 2026, on investments made during this period in the Vision Fund and the Solid Fund. These investments will not be subject to the usual 1% exit fee, which is normally applied according to the Fund’s Prospectus and Rules in cases of redemption or exchange of units before the completion of the minimum investment period of 2 years.
This waiver applies only to investments made during the promotional period and does not apply to other investments made outside this timeframe.
This notice solely confirms the application of this waiver and does not alter any other provisions of the Funds’ Prospectus and Rules, which remain in force.
