We would like to inform you that the recent changes made to our website, do not affect the client login credentials.

Should you encounter difficulties in accessing your account, we suggest you follow the steps below:

  • Always use the secure https protocol to access the website: https://www.raiffeisen-invest.al
  • In order to benefit fully from the new elements, we recommend that you access the website through the Google Chrome web browser. If you cannot use Google Chrome, make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the browser that you are using. Also, make the corresponding security configurations, so that the browser can load the required elements.
  • If you have previously saved the login identification credentials (username/password) in the previous portal, you now need to input credentials manually as they do no longer function automatically.
  • If you continue facing difficulties with accessing your account, please verify your login credentials (username/password) by either visiting one of the Raiffeisen Bank branches or contacting us on the e-mail address published on our webpage.
