Please be informed that Raiffeisen Invest sh.a. has published the updated Prospectus of Raiffeisen Voluntary Pension Fund, approved on 29 July 2020 by the Decision no 104 of the Financial Supervisory Authority.

In the updated Prospectus is reflected the annual return for year 2019, the Net asset value as of 31.12.2019 and the information on the external auditor, approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

In the prospectus has been added the section “Additional Information” with information on ethics, conflict of interest, care, and handling of complaints with the main purpose of improving the communication with investors and increasing the level of transparency.

In the framework of enriching the information on fund risks and making the unification to ESMA standards and guidelines, it is provided the information on Legal Risk, Reputational Risk, Risk of Agency and Risk of changes in tax legislation, as well as more detailed explanations were provided about the risks related to investments made by the fund.

The update of the Voluntary pension fund prospectus is a yearly legal obligation and any change must be submitted for approval to the Authority
