Please be informed that Raiffeisen Invest sh.a. has published the updated Prospectus of Raiffeisen Voluntary Pension Fund, approved by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority with Decision no 116 on 30 June 2021.

In the updated Prospectus is reflected the annual return for year 2020, the Net asset value as of 31.12.2020 in the section on performance and historical data of the fund.

Also, in the prospectus are updated the information on the External Auditor approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the new address of the management company Raiffeisen Invest, as well as the information on the Funds under the management Raiffeisen Invest sh.a.

The update of the Voluntary pension fund prospectus is a yearly legal obligation, and any change must be submitted for approval to the Authority
