Raiffeisen Invest is proud to present to the Albanian market the first fund with a focus on sustainable investments, “Raiffeisen Solid”. This fund offers a new opportunity for Albanian investors to enter the world of sustainable investments, combining financial investment with responsibility towards the environment and society.

The Raiffeisen Sustainable Solid Fund is also the first licensed feeder fund, which enables the investor to create a mixed portfolio of stocks and bonds, which have been selected taking into account environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. Investments in this fund are prudent and subject to a detailed financial and sustainability assessment.

Where does the fund invest?

  • At least 85% of the portfolio is invested in the Master Fund Raiffeisen-Nachhaltigkeit-Solide, managed by Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m. b., which is supervised by the Austrian Financial Markets Authority.
  • The Master Fund invests in developed markets and is classified as a collective investment undertaking in transferable securities (UCITS).
  • The investments of the Master Fund include bonds of sovereign states, international issuers and corporations, as well as up to 30% shares of foreign companies.

The Master Fund invests exclusively in financial securities and/or money market instruments whose issuers are classified as sustainable based on social, ecological and ethical criteria.

Why invest in Raiffeisen Solid?

The world is changing rapidly and taking care for the environment and society has become more important than ever. With Raiffeisen Solid, Albanian investors can contribute to this positive change by investing in a fund that upholds the values of sustainability and social responsibility. In addition, they gain non-direct access to a Master Fund, licensed in the EU, and are exposed to international markets and different asset classes, diversifying the investment risk.
