Please be informed that Raiffeisen Invest sh.a. has published the updated Prospectus of Raiffeisen Voluntary Pension Fund, approved on 31 May 2019 by the Decision no 87 of the Financial Supervisory Authority.

In the updated Prospectus is reflected the annual return for year 2018, the net asset value as of 31.12.2018, the external auditor, approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority and the investment funds under the management of Raiffeisen Invest sh.a.

Also, in the prospectus is done the reformulation for the definition of market risk and is removed the option of cash payments in the counters of the depositary bank for the contributions to the fund, which can be done only through bank transfers.

The update of the Voluntary pension fund prospectus is a yearly legal obligation and any change must be submitted for approval to the Authority.
