Choose the Investment Plan in Raiffeisen Invest funds!

What is an investment plan?

Setting up an Investment plan means investing a certain amount of money at regular intervals

It is a way to save and invest at the same time.

The investment plan is based on an investment fund and the selection of the fund is made by the investor in function of:

  • the purpose or objective of the investment,
  • Duration of investment
  • The investor risk tolerance

The selected fund should be appropriate for the needs of the investor!

Through an investment plan, the investor has the opportunity to invest:

  • Regularly (usually monthly payment)
  • in small amounts
  • with automatic payment, which is very convenient

An investment plan serves to achieve defined financial objectives

The earlier a person starts saving and investing through an investment plan, the less monthly contribution will be needed to achieve his or her goal.

The quotas accumulated in the investment plan can be redeemed at any time

Volatility: Anxiety or Advantage with the Investment Plan?

  • Investing through an investment plan is highly recommended, especially for medium & high volatility investments
  • With the investment plan, the investor buys more fund units when the unit price is low and fewer units when the price is high.
  • This may result in the payment of a lower average price per quota
  • Thus, Volatility turns to advantage through the Average Cost Effect on an investment plan.
  • The Investment Plan enables a disciplined investment that “strips” investment decisions of emotions (fear when the price falls and enthusiasm when the price rises). This is because it is invested regularly.
