Raiffeisen Invest sh.a., management company of Prestige, Euro and Pension Funds, hereby informs you about some changes made to the Prospectus of Raiffeisen Prestigj Fund.

The Prospectus is the main document of the Fund, which equips existing and potential investors with all the relevant information on the Prestige Fund. As such, the prospectus is updated on a yearly basis in order to reflect new information on yearly performance, and it is moreover updated each and every time there are changes made to the investment strategy of the Fund, its asset allocation, etc.

Fund asset allocation table

The exact changes consist in the modification of the asset allocation table (page 7 on the Prospectus), which serves as an orientation goal regarding the financial instruments in which the Fund can invest its assets.

More specifically, the orientation goal with respect to some financial instruments has changed, as follows:

It was 5% it becomes 6% in bank deposits;

It was 5% it becomes 2% in units in other collective investment undertakings;

It was 0% it becomes 2% in securities issued by local authorities and commercial companies in the Republic of Albania

This table serves a mere orientation purpose, and can therefore be subject to changes, based on market conditions and investment strategies pursued by the Portfolio Managers.
